The Aseprite file is missing some of the images from the PNG file.

EDIT: I have looked at this in depth and can't find what you mean.

Is there an image of another direction besides Skeleton Archer shooting the bow to the right?
Yeah, there are also shooting animations for up and down.
All Sprites are created to work 4 directional. You have to flip the right facing
if you flip right the bow will be in the right hand
